New Circle Lenses ^_^

Hey guys , so i ordered my circle lenses of geocolouredlens.com on the 2nd of august and they got here today which is the 13th and i payed for them with my own moneys :). So the lenses i ordered were the Machiatto Browns from Princess Mimi Cafe series and the Sesame Greys from the Princess Mimi Line.These Lenses are designed by the Japanese Gal Model Tsubasa Masuwaka. Im going to do individual reviews for the lenses and the information for the lenses ad Postage and Packaging of the lenses will be down bellow will be down below.

So for postage and packaging ... it weren't too great in my opinion but here is how they came and what they came with.

So the packaging .... they came in a thin brown envelope and inside the envelop was the circle lenses securely wrapped up in foam packaging and 2 free contact cases also there was business card and an instruction manual on how to put the circle lenses in and how to take care of them.... Over all the packaging wax not good in MY OPINION.Like usual the lenses come in sealed viles with the geo authentication sticker on each one , i checked and mines are authentic :). Moving onto the lenses,

First the Machiatto Browns

So they are 15.0mm in diameter and have a base curve of 8.70

My natural eye colour is a really dark brown and here is what they look like with natural light , flash and in comparison to my normal eye size

Colour pay off : 7/10 because on the website it shows the lenses with a black outer ring and the brownness of them doesn't show up that well on my eyes.

Comfortable : I will give them a .... 10/10 for the size they are , they are very comfortable and they didn't seem to dry out my eyes and they didn't scratch them either.

Enlarging Factor : 10/10 they are very big and make a huge difference as you can see.

Overall : These lenses are a 8/10 overall and i will be wearing these for college often because they have my prescription on them.

Now on to the Sesame Grey Lenses.

So they are 15.0mm in diameter and have a base curve of 8.70

*side note* the reason why it says Aaliyah-Aiko on the pic is because 1)one of my guy friends call me that and some people online just call me Aiko.

2) because people know that my favourite artists are Aaliyah and Jhene Aiko so they just put them together.

3) He knows i have Asian in me 

4) And Because people can not pronounce my name .

How I Got Big Chopped WITH NO WARNING

Hey so this is going to be a natural hair post !!!

So here's a little back ground info about my hair. I have always had natural hair but because of the environment i was in whilst i was between the ages of 5-13 and the mindset i had , i wanted to have bone straight hair like the majority of the girls in my class.

Also i knew when my hair was stretched it was between Arm Pit Length and Bra Strap Length so between the ages of 11-13 i flat ironed my hair once a week and i did the full works .... blow dried it straight with the round brush like at the professional hair salons and had professional hair flat iron....So obviously i was left with a ton of heat damage :(

So fast forward to 22nd of February 2009.

It was a couple of days before i had to go back to school and i THOUGHT i was getting single plaits/small box braids but my mother had other plans before she was going to them .... she sat me down in the chair .... and started hacking at my hair with the scissors and im just like .....*looks at hair on floor* .... mum what in the world are you doing....

Any way i was left with like 1inch of hair and i had to start my healthy hair journey which was assisted by various youtube videos and now my hair is starting to go down my back again ... nearly at armpit length but i have layers in my hair. Its been a long journey but yeah ..... the next post will be about the products i currently use also the hair butter creme i make to style and moisturise my hair at the same time and the hair styles i do and my regimen so be on the look out for that :)

 The look was easy to do....I will do a youtube video on the look when i can stop giggling at my self on camera haha ^_^.
